Responsibilities
* Take the time to talk to people and build a genuine rapport to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into business.
* Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
* Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
* Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
* Promote and sell additional items such as paint protection, service plans and warranties.
* Keep up to date with current finance options, regulations and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a target-driven retail sales background.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong and effective communication skills.
* Excellent rapport-building skills.
* Motivation and drive.
* Ability to deliver a first-class customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
* Enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
* Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
* A full, UK driving licence.
* Previous motor industry sales experience is an advantage but not essential; a full training and development programme is provided from Day 1.
* Willingness to undergo a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
Schedule
This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with Sundays being one of the days off.
