The salary advertised is for a full-time position (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours or sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.
Hourly rate of pay: £15.52 - £16.58
This is a 39-week sessional post, meaning working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days.
Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday, 08:45-15:20
Friday, 08:45-12:05

We are seeking to appoint a candidate eager to work in the welcoming setting of West Barns, within a vibrant and caring community.
An opportunity has arisen for a School Business Administrator to lead the administrative functions at West Barns Primary School. The role involves a variety of tasks and maintaining high standards of customer service for our school community and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, to support financial monitoring and reporting, assisting the Head Teacher in managing the school budget effectively. We welcome applications from experienced administrators confident in using spreadsheets for financial transactions, with some HR or school experience preferred. If you are well-organized, capable of multitasking, and can use your initiative under pressure to meet deadlines while dealing effectively with people at all levels, this varied role offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a small team and school community.

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to HNC/SVQ3 in Administration or Information Management, or equivalent, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies through relevant experience.
