About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your role will involve assisting students with their learning, supporting classroom activities, and helping ensure that every child receives the attention and encouragement they need to reach their full potential.
Each day can bring something new, whether you are working with small groups, supporting individual pupils, or helping the teacher manage classroom activities. Your support will play a key role in helping students stay motivated, confident, and focused on their learning.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
Working with small groups of pupils or on a one-to-one basis
Helping students stay engaged and focused during lessons
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Providing support to pupils who may need additional help with their learning
Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
At least 1 year of Teaching Assistant experience in the UK
A passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, patient, and proactive approach
The ability to work effectively under the guidance of a classroom teacher
