Are you a highly skilled and experienced Lead Shift Engineer seeking a challenging and rewarding role within a prestigious financial institution? This could be your ideal opportunity! We're partnering with a leading wealth management firm to find a Shift Lead to oversee a team of technicians maintaining critical plant infrastructure.
Experience & Skills Required
* HV System Expertise (switching, isolation, energization)
* Permit-to-Work Procedures
* Technical Documentation & Record Keeping
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Team Leadership and Supervision
* Proficient in PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life safety systems
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Distribution Unit (PDU) expertise
* Knowledge of SFG20, HTM, British Standards, and internal SLAs
Qualifications
* Strong technical aptitude and proven leadership in critical environments
* High Voltage Authorization (HVAP) - Valid or recently lapsed
* Apprentice Trained or NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical Installations
* C&G 18th Edition
* Experience as a Lead Engineer or Shift Lead in a critical environment
