Role Description:
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Associate located in Chorley. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with buying and selling items, maintaining store inventory and displays, and delivering excellent customer service.
Day‑to‑day tasks include processing transactions, supporting the Buy Back process, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment.
The role also involves promoting store offers and building positive customer relationships to drive sales.
Qualifications
* Customer service skills, including a focus on building positive relationships and addressing customer needs
* Sales and communication skills to effectively promote store offerings and close transactions
* Attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management and store presentation
* Basic technical proficiency to handle point‑of‑sale systems and manage transaction processes
* Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment and work collaboratively with team members
* Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer‑facing roles is beneficial
