About Our Client
An established business based in Deeside are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its finance team on a 12 month FTC temporary basis. The role has arisen due on going internal support, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day finance function.
Job Description
The Accounts Assistant duties include:
3. Daily bank reconciliations
4. Processing and loading payments
5. Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
6. Assisting with general ledger postings
7. Ad‑hoc finance support as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Accounts Assistant must have:
8. Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
9. Strong Sage 50 experience
10. Good understanding of transactional accounting processes
11. Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day tasks
12. Immediate availability or short notice
