Performance Marketing Manager (12 month FTC)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role will lead our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, maximising ROI and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing PPC, social media, and display advertising efforts, data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution, and optimisation. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and our digital marketing agency to orchestrate a comprehensive digital paid media strategy aimed at generating qualified sales leads and boosting conversions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital campaign management, from strategy to execution, and advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing, with a focus on organisational change through analysis.
The role is based in Dorking (hybrid), requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week, with flexible hours (8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm).

About you & what you’ll be doing
* Focus on paid media, with a passion for travel, understanding customer booking journeys to maximise conversions.
* Work with digital agencies, sharing updates and ensuring ROI across paid channels.
* Manage a significant budget confidently, seeking continual optimisation.
* Utilise GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools to analyze and report data, challenging and guiding digital strategies.
* Understand ad formats on Meta, YouTube, and display networks, translating vision into creative briefs.
* Apply A/B testing principles for continuous improvement.
* Develop and lead a social media strategy, managing a Social Media Executive.
* Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and proactively seek new opportunities.
Your first 3 months
* Get familiar with the business and launch key campaigns, including TOY in December.
* Meet stakeholders, understand current strategies, and identify areas for growth.
You will have
* Extensive experience in digital campaign management.
* Ability to turn insights into strategic actions and customer journey mapping.
* Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, and other digital tools.
* Strong project and budget management skills.

* Relevant degree and certifications.
* Experience in travel or retail sectors, especially luxury or digital-first brands.
* Interest in sustainable tourism.
