Are you driven by high standards? Do you have an eagle eye for detail? Ready to make a stunning pub and boutique hotel shine?
If that sounds like you, then we've got the perfect opportunity.
Join Our Unique Family as a Head Housekeeper
The Falcon Inn is a stunning village pub with 11 hotel rooms that has undergone a huge refurbishment. We're on the hunt for a Head Housekeeper who can step up, lead our team, and set the highest standards.
Our mission is simple: keep our rooms pristine, maintain our top ranking in the area (it's a point of pride we like to keep on the down-low), and deliver a jaw-dropping "WOW" factor to every single guest.
Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be the key to our success. This isn't just about cleaning rooms; it's about pride in all you do. That same pride needs to extend to the entire guest experience, from the restaurant and pub to the garden and every corner of the building.
The role is 5 out of 7 days, around 30 hours per week, typically 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Weekend work is required, but you'll have full ownership of your team and rotas, allowing for that crucial work-life balance.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in Team Management & Training
* Stock and Linen Ordering & Control
* Rota Management
* Obsessive attention to detail
We're a company that leads with compassion, provides the right tools, and nurtures growth. In our business, we're all a single team with one goal.
