Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the employee benefits space. Their platform offers truly flexible employee benefits with a mission to ensure that every employee receives the right support in the areas they need. It includes a marketplace and Fintech solutions. To support their rapid growth, they are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large organizations.
What You’ll Do
1. Win new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing enterprise-level deals
2. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and tailor solutions
3. Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to negotiation and close
4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize client impact
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
What You’ll Need
1. 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
2. A proven track record in enterprise sales, handling long and complex sales cycles
3. Experience closing at least £200K+ ARR deals and exceeding sales targets
4. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
What You’ll Get
1. A base salary of 80-120k with double OTE
