Westward is a residential service located in Dawlish, Devon, supporting 7 individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviors. Our service provides both long and short-term residential care.
What we’ll offer you:
* £12.70 per hour
* Full-time 36 hours per week, with shift times between 8 am and 8 pm. Weekend and bank holiday work are required. Part-time hours (minimum 20 hours) can be considered.

What you’ll do:
* Promote independence
* Support with activities
* Administer medication
* Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation
* Update internal systems, review care plans, conduct risk assessments, and prepare monthly reports
* Work shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, including weekends and bank holidays
* Sleep-ins and waking nights may be required
Who you are:
