Associate Director, Development and Alumni Relations — Nottingham Trent University
£90,000 - £105,000 per annum | Full time / Fixed term - 1 year
This post is initially for 12 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
* Define the University’s fundraising and alumni priorities and approach in collaboration with the executive team.
* Develop pragmatic and effective fundraising strategies to engage and leverage our 250,000+ alumni around the world.
* Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in fundraising and alumni relations; train and embed best practices across the team.
* Lead end-to-end philanthropy plans to secure major gifts and deliver impactful results.
* Refresh alumni engagement with innovative and sustainable methods to build two-way relationships that strengthen the University’s brand and fundraising outcomes.
