We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. Duties
5. Assisting with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials
6. Preparing sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety measures are in place
7. Operating basic tools and equipment under supervision
8. Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with their tasks
9. Carrying out manual labour including lifting, digging, and moving materials
10. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
11. Following health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment
Skills
12. Proven experience as a Labourer or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry
13. Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
14. Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites
15. Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely
16. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
17. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
18. Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential; willingness to travel between sites is required
