Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to help deliver digital services at scale, including major customer‑facing services and governance of service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end service performance, collaborate with technical teams and suppliers, and ensure products meet agreed targets.
* Oversee major customer-facing services such as large contact centres, video solutions for assessments, and validation tooling.
* Maintain service management collateral such as dashboards and risk registers; manage large-scale IT services using ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong service management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive continual improvement.
* Experience delivering quality services and improving user experience.

* Location: You’ll join us in one of our digital hubs in Blackpool, Manchester or Newcastle-upon-Tyne, whichever is most convenient for you.
* Hybrid Working: Hybrid model with part-time remote and part-time in a hub.
* Pay: Up to £46,547.
* Pension: Civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%.
* Holidays: 26 days rising to 31 days over time; up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time plus public holidays.
