We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Duties
* Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, domestic and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established procedures and schedules.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and responsive to client needs.
* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to drive is an advantage for roles requiring travel between sites.
* Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork and client interactions.
