Your role is all about ensuring the day to day running of the Campus is smooth and efficient whilst also providing a great customer experience for all. You’re an organised person with an eye for detail and a little bit of a perfectionist too. You understand a good reputation is built on a great customer experience and you'll strive to ensure each and every visitor to the Campus gets that. You also understand that the systems behind the scenes need to work efficiently and effectively to ensure that our customers enjoy a seamless experience when booking anything on Campus with us or any of our partners. So, you will get a buzz out of making sure the systems in place are slick and easy to use for all.
As a Campus Facilities Coordinator a typical day might include:
1. You will work closely with the Campus manager you will ensure that all systems are implemented effectively and are efficient for all our users. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and customers to gain regular feedback regarding their booking experience. You will play a major part in ensuring we get this right through regular feedback and updates.
2. You will work closely with the cafe team to ensure that their ordering systems and processes are effective along with supporting the cafe supervisor to ensure that food hygiene guidelines are being adhered to.
3. You will work together with the Campus manager and Campus caretaker to ensure that our site is compliant and adheres to all health and safety requirements, which will always keep our community and guests safe.
4. With a keen eye for detail, you will always be looking at ways to enhance and improve our facilities on site. Working with the Campus experience coordinator, this will be supported by the great relationships that you will build with our members, partners and stakeholders and the feedback that you will build on over time.
5. You will oversee the Campus IT systems, act as a point of contact for any IT issues and actively problem solve these.
6. You will be supporting the planning and co-ordination of events, workshops and activities.
7. You will maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing stock and ordering to ensure the timely delivery of products.

8. Strong literacy skills with the ability to write clearly and effectively.
9. You will be a confident and effective communicator able to communicate with people from a variety of backgrounds.
10. You will have excellent knowledge of a range of IT systems and Microsoft packages and a willingness to learn new systems.
11. Your strong people skills will allow you to effortlessly build rapport and fostering positive relationships with others.
12. A flexible approach to work and the ability to meet challenges and adapt to change.
13. Be self-motivated, resilient, with a drive and determination to achieve results.
