Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant
The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will be expected to help and assist the team with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding.
The Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers must have at least 6 months of experience in care and possess lots of compassion.
Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers will help with daily care activities and are vital members of teams in hospitals, care homes, and clinics.

Previous experience and/or qualifications in care are essential to apply.
As a Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker, you will work under the supervision of nursing staff alongside other Healthcare Assistants.
Your duties may include:
* Helping patients with washing, showering, or dressing
* Serving food or assisting with eating
* Making and changing beds
* Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
* Talking to patients to ease anxiety
* Helping patients move around
* Assisting with toileting needs
* Maintaining tidiness of wards or homes
* Managing supplies and equipment
Your daily work may involve using mobility aids and escorting patients between departments. With experience, you may participate in training new healthcare assistants.
We also supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Nurse Band 5 & 6, HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse in areas such as A&E, Endoscopy, and Theatre.
