💰 Pay: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.50-£14.00 once permanent)
🕕 Hours: 6:30am - 5:00pm, 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri)
📅 Type: Temp to Perm
We\re recruiting on behalf of a long-established engineering and production company based in Leamington.
We\re looking for a Machine Operator to join their team, running rotary die cutting machines in a clean, well-organised workshop environment.
Responsibilities
* Setting up and running rotary die cutting machines
* Loading materials and monitoring production
* Checking product quality during runs
* Keeping your work area clean and organised
* Supporting general production as needed
What were looking for
* Previous machine operating or production experience
* Reliable, hands-on attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Comfortable working 10-hour shifts over 4 days
