PPC Manager (with Specialism in YouTube Ads)
Manchester – twice a month. Must have RTW in the UK to apply.
The Job
* Own the full planning, launch and optimisation process for YouTube Ads across multiple accounts.
* Develop video campaign strategies across awareness, consideration and conversion stages, aligned with client objectives.
* Build, manage and refine audiences using signals from GA4, first‑party data, lookalikes, in‑market segments and customer lists.
* Work closely with the creative team to shape briefs for YouTube creative assets, including bumper ads, skippable in‑stream, in‑feed, and vertical formats.
* Test and optimise hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs to improve key performance indicators (e.g. VTR, CPV, CTR, ROAS).
* Advise on creative best practices for YouTube and guide clients in developing effective video content for the platform.
You
* 3‑5+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts across a mix of search, shopping and video.
* Strong, hands‑on experience running YouTube Ads – not just boosting videos but strategically planning and scaling campaigns.
* Clear understanding of audience segmentation, YouTube ad formats, and performance benchmarks across funnel stages.
* Strong knowledge of GA4 and its integration with Google Ads.
* Proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements and efficient account scaling.
