Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
2. Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and suggest preventative measures.
3. Participate in EHS training sessions for staff, ensuring understanding of best practices and compliance requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
6. Manage the ordering and inventory of medical, safety, and ERT-related equipment and supplies for company locations.
7. Assist in the assembly and delivery of ergonomic equipment to employees.
8. Support the EHS Lead in addressing corrective actions and implementing changes to site policies and plans.
Position Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in an EHS position.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Computer skills in database maintenance.
* Strong communication skills.
