GSL Education are looking for a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Worksop (S81). As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task and complete the work provided. Prime Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide support and guidance to pupils where required. Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Confidence, adaptability, and a calm approach.
