Our company is currently hiring for a care coordinator to join our team. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be well organised. The coordinator must have ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE with a UK driving license and willing to travel within Birmingham. Also must have a DBS on the update service
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be involved, implement and execute a successful operating practice across the care side of business
* Responsible for sourcing new care packages and maintaining current packages
* Maintain clear up to date records for all existing and new clients
* Responsible to handle and resolve customer enquiries sufficiently
* Ensure all operations are Company and CQC compliant
* On call duties including dealing with shift covering
* Be able to complete staff rotas
* Quality assurance duties
* Medication records co ordination
* Delivery and supervision of care services
* Cover care calls
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Experience:
* providing care: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
