Job Description
* Lead the development and implementation of procurement policies and strategies.
* Advise procurement and supply chain operations in line with company's objectives.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment of procurement strategies.
* Identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure operational efficiency.
* Implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
* Maintain procurement records and prepare reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Policy Manager should have:
* Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
* Experience working with a large charity would be beneficial.
* Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
* Knowledge of relevant procurement software and tools.
