Job Description
Care Assistant Responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you can provide high-quality, person-focused care.
* Visits are no less than 1 hour, allowing you to spend quality time and build rapport with your clients.
* Pension, holiday pay, and paid mileage.
* Great hourly rates (£14.30 for evenings & weekends) and double time for bank holidays.
* Employee referral scheme of £200.
* Average or guaranteed hours contracts available.
* Providing companionship to ensure clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interactions.
* Supporting clients with personal care such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
* Assisting with everyday tasks like meal preparation and light housework.
* Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
