Job Description
3. Assisting with all stages of the conveyancing process, including sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity transactions.
4. Drafting legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, completion statements, and reports on title.
5. Conducting Land Registry searches and submissions, including registrations.
6. Managing pre- and post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions, requisitions, and discharges.
7. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors in a professional and timely manner.
8. Maintaining accurate case files, using case management systems to update records and track progress.
9. Performing due diligence including title checks, reviewing search results, and identifying issues requiring further investigation.
10. Providing updates and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
11. Assisting solicitors with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies.
