Job Opportunity: Stock Shift Manager

This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock-related data and processes, providing timely management information. It is a full-time, permanent position with working hours of 4 on 4 off, 7am to 7pm.

We offer a salary of up to £38,000, along with 23 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). Daily Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor warehouse operations to meet customer SLAs.
* Plan operational requirements based on forecasts and demand.
* Oversee budgeted headcount, including full-time, part-time, and agency staff during peak periods.
* Maintain stock integrity and resolve related issues.
* Ensure all Inventory KPI's are achieved.
Qualifications
* Experience with audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse setting.
* Leadership experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
* Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
