Policy Research Manager

What you'll be doing:
This role will ensure the successful delivery of People’s Partnership’s thought leadership strategy:
* Advise on the implementation of the thought leadership strategy and liaise with stakeholders throughout the business to achieve this.
* Ensure that high-quality research projects are delivered on time and within budget, producing successful outcomes, as outlined in the strategy.
* Ensure that Requests for Proposals (RfP) are well-designed and successful management of the RfP, procurement and payment process for all suppliers.
* Ensure the successful communication and dissemination of the research throughout the organisation and externally through the production of high-quality reports/ materials/ events.
* Track and report on the delivery of the 2025-6 thought leadership strategy and formulate/ report subsequent annual plans.
What we’re looking for:
* An inquisitive, analytical mindset
* Experience of producing documents, reports, board papers and presentations for stakeholders at all levels
* Skilled in analysis and extracting key themes; conveying complex matters simply
* Ability to take a commercial approach to understand the impact on the business and the customer
* Self-motivated, uses initiative, dynamic, pragmatic and resilient
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all levels of the organisation
* Organised, manages own time, prioritises workload and manages conflicting priorities
