Membership Coordinator
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Location: Bristol (1–2 days per week in the office)
We’re looking for a skilled Membership Coordinator to join a purpose-driven organisation, focused on delivering an outstanding member experience at every touchpoint.
This role is ideal for a membership professional who understands the full member journey, from onboarding through to retention, and is passionate about improving service, engagement and long-term value. You’ll take a data-informed approach to enhancing the member experience, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and personalised.
Key responsibilities:
* Optimise the end-to-end member journey, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention and engagement
* Support member onboarding, renewals and win-back activity
* Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted campaigns
* Analyse membership data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance member communications and touchpoints
* Act as a key contact for member queries, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution
About you:
* Proven experience in a membership engagement-focused role
* Strong understanding of member lifecycle management and retention strategies
* Confident using CRM systems and interpreting data to drive improvements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
* Desirable: interest in the creative arts space.
