Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join a supportive and well-regarded team in Manchester? We’re currently working with a leading Legal 500 firm that’s seeking a talented Grade B Solicitor to handle a varied and interesting caseload of clinical negligence matters.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence files, from instruction through to settlement or trial and work alongside highly experienced solicitors and partners, benefiting from a collaborative environment and access to excellent resources and administrative support.
* Running a caseload of clinical negligence matters independently from cradle to grave
* Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
* Providing clear and compassionate legal advice to clients
* Supporting the wider team with business development and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
About You
* Qualified Solicitor
* Grade B experience level
* Proven background in claimant clinical negligence work
* Strong communication, analytical, and client-care skills
* Able to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
