We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing team and bring fresh analytical energy to how we run our UK & Ireland supply chain and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do
In this hands-on role, you’ll turn data into insight and insight into action — helping ensure every box of doughnuts is made, moved, and delivered efficiently.
* Drive Performance – Track and analyse KPIs, costs, and key operational metrics to give clear, meaningful insights to stakeholders.
* Bring the Numbers to Life – Build and refine financial models to support costing, logistics planning, and forecasting.
* Be a Trusted Partner – Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to translate financial insights into real-world improvements.
* Support the Forecasting Cycle – Help deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
* Make Things Better – Develop dashboards, streamline processes, and find smarter ways to give the business visibility and control.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a recent graduate with a couple of years’ experience in finance or data analysis — or someone ready to take on a broader analytical challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial or data analysis tools.
* A natural problem-solver with an eye for detail and curiosity to understand why things happen.
* Clear communicator — able to make numbers tell a story.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to grow your career in a commercial finance role.
