Your Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Midlands Construction team. Your expertise will guide projects from tender to delivery and commissioning stages. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
* Collate and summarize project reports for the Project Lead, ensuring clear communication on team-supervised projects.
* Assist in Design Management for M&E Packages, contributing to innovative solutions.
* Review technical submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Coordinate M&E Services on-site in collaboration with project teams.
* Check installation quality to uphold our high standards.
* Manage commissioning processes and sign-offs, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess:
* Strong technical knowledge of M&E Design and Installations.
* Experience in a main contracting environment, managing specialist subcontract partners.
* A track record of delivering large Building Services packages valued at £10M+.
