They are now seeking an Admissions Officer to join their team in Warwick on a temporary basis. Description Manage and process student admissions efficiently and accurately. Maintain and update admissions records and databases. Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing timely and professional responses. Coordinate admissions events, including open days and tours. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations. Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and communications to prospective families. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to admissions. Provide general administrative support to the department as required. Profile A successful Admissions Officer should have: Experience in Admissions or as an Admissions Officer. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using databases and office software. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle enquiries professionally. Experience in admissions or a similar administrative role within the Not For Profit sector. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently. Job Offer £25000 to £28000 per annum annual salary equivalent. Full time in the office.
