About Our Client
They're building the digital compliance platform for UK rail. Their product digitises Railway Group Standard 019 compliance (Safe Work Packs), replacing paper-based safety processes with a web and mobile app used by rail workers, contractors, and operators across the UK. Their software underpins crucial work across the UK Rail Infrastructure and is used by thousands of contractors daily.

Key Responsibilities
* Build full-stack features across web and mobile (React, Next.js, React Native, MongoDB)
* Ship new features quickly, with code going live the same day
* Collaborate with the team to find product‑market fit
* Speak directly with clients to gather requirements
* Manage releases end-to-end: from customer call to production to post‑release support
* Engage with clients and gain exposure to P&L and business operations
* Help digitise compliance processes that directly impact rail safety
Qualifications
Required:
* 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience
* Strong React/Next.js experience (production‑quality, not just coursework)
* Comfortable across the stack (Node.js, MongoDB/NoSQL)
* React Native experience (or willingness to learn fast)
* Comfortable talking to non‑technical clients
* Based in Manchester/Greater Manchester
* UK work authorisation (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred:
* Experience working in SaaS or compliance‑focused environments
* Interest in business operations and working in a startup environment

* Real equity (0.5–1.5%) – you’re a founder, not just an employee
* Minimum ~20% YoY salary growth as revenue scales (currently at 30%)
