Based in Watford, this family-run company combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge processes, supplying exquisite metal finishes to some of the most recognisable names in the world.\n\nAs the Electroplating Manager, you'll step into a senior role within a state-of-the-art plating facility-widely regarded as the largest of its kind in the UK. You'll lead a skilled team, manage workflow, uphold quality, and drive continuous improvement across the department.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nLead and manage the plating department, supporting and motivating a skilled team\nOrganise and run daily production meetings to plan schedules and priorities\nEnsure work meets the highest aesthetic and technical standards for prestigious clients\nOperate plating lines and monitor processes for gold, silver, rhodium, and other finishes\nCollaborate with the Lab Technician to test and optimise plating solutions\nSupport technical queries and quality assurance in partnership with the Managing Director\nParticipate in compliance activities (e.g.
