More about your role
As the Technical (FM) Manager for the contract, you will play a hands-on role in implementing the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and assessed works programme related to all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across various leisure facilities in the local area.
You will work with the wider technical team to identify and resolve ad hoc remedial work and liaise with third-party contractors. You will also ensure routine maintenance procedures align with the Company's Technical, Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies, ensuring the efficient use of fuels and water.
More about you
You should have a strong background in trades or handiwork, with experience working with contractors, from negotiating scope of works to reviewing and creating snag lists. Ideally, you will have experience working according to corporate policies and be able to produce basic reports on scheduled work progress.
Qualifications should include ONC or City & Guilds in Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. A Pool Plant Operators Certificate is advantageous, but we are willing to support the right candidate to obtain this qualification.
