Job Type: Full-time, weekend working will be required

Salary: £22,680 - £27,693 per year

Hours: 43.5 hours per week on a rota including weekends and bank holidays (3 days off one week, 2 days off the next)

Desirable: Full valid UK driving license


Description

We are recruiting capable and professional administrators to join our Finance teams in Camberley to support our growing business. The Finance team handles all Finance and Insurance (F&I) transactions for customers to complete their purchase. We also offer a bonus scheme for our Financial Administrators.


Responsibilities

* Perform administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Finance department
* Assist the Finance Manager with deposits, Demands & Needs, and other tasks as required
* Input data, maintain logs, prepare finance proposals, and manage filing
* Ensure all work complies with FCA standards and is completed diligently
* Handle general office administration tasks
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Display all point of sale materials across offices
* Manage online finance applications
* Use company systems to log data accurately as instructed by management
* Keep customers informed about transaction progress
* Complete paperwork efficiently and in a timely manner
