Store Manager – Mobile Manager
Max Spielmann, a service‑based retail company, is seeking a Store Manager Mobile Manager to operate across the Grantham area and support branches as needed.

Location: Grantham (and supporting across the area)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Pay: Starting at £25,854 per annum, increasing to £27,040 after a successful trial period and assessor training. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus.
Job Description
Provide relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a manager’s absence. Ensure correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy to deliver excellent service and a positive working environment for branch colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Ensure high standards across the branch for housekeeping, maintenance, display, stock holding, administration, customer service, training and daily tasks.
* Carry out security checks of branch fixtures, fittings, machinery and stock.
* Carry out cash checks in line with company procedures.
* Conduct company 6‑point checks for auditing purposes.
* Conduct salesmanship training.
* Perform quality checks.
* Carry out branch stocktaking.
* Mentor and support new starters.
* Participate in branch refits as appropriate.
* Play a key role in the opening and closing of new branches.
* Ensure compliance with branch opening and closing times.
In accordance with your Terms and Conditions of Employment, you will operate flexibly across a broad range of activities to adapt to change and provide a first‑class service to customers.
Requirements
Applicants must hold full UK driving licences and own their vehicle.
Training & Development
We provide full training – no experience necessary. You will use your initiative to complete various photographic services (print, canvas, portrait, frame, photo gift, Photoshop) for customers.

Work Hours
Full time, 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.
