Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and friendly Inverness office. You will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Re-mortgages and transfers of title New build transactions Title examination and drafting of legal documentation Providing clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care There may also be opportunities to become involved in commercial conveyancing depending on experience and interest. Have experience in residential conveyancing (newly qualified to experienced solicitors welcome to apply) Local knowledge of the Highland property market would be an advantage but is not essential.
