ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing construction projects from pre-start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
2. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
3. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
4. Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
5. Manage project budgets and timelines
6. Attend regular client and contractor meetings
REQUIREMENTS
7. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
8. Strong background in managing residential and/or commercial builds
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
10. Knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety standards
11. Full UK driving licence
