We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Private PA to support an UHNWI. This role is split 60% business and 40% private, requiring discretion, efficiency, and a calm, proactive approach at all times.This is initially a temporary contract with strong potential to become permanent.Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (minimal out-of-hours contact)Location: Central LondonKey Responsibilities
1. Complex diary management across multiple time zones
2. Coordinating business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and detailed itineraries
3. Overseeing payments, invoices, and expenditure
4. Managing correspondence (emails, calls, and post)
5. Providing administrative support across professional commitments
6. Booking hotels, restaurants, events, and experiences
7. Scheduling medical appointments for the principal and family, including handling insurance claims
8. Coordinating pet care arrangements
9. Managing and renewing household insurance policies (home, medical, travel, and car)
10. Delivering comprehensive household administrative support
11. Running personal errands, including returns, dry cleaning, gift purchasing, and courier collections
Requirements
12. Proven experience supporting an UHNWI
13. Highly organised, discreet, and detail-oriented
14. Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
