As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
1. Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
3. Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance activities.
4. Identifying and reporting equipment faults, defects, or production issues.
5. Supporting production line setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
6. Completing production records and documentation accurately.
7. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment using 5S principles.
8. Following all health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
9. Working closely with colleagues, supervisors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
What We're Looking For
10. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
11. A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
12. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues quickly.
13. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
14. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
15. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
