Responsibilities
* Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and weaknesses to management
* Oversee and drive optimum availability whilst working within stock budgets for our branches: utilising the replenishment systems, maintaining forecasts and safety stock / trigger levels and ensuring all orders are placed accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure colleagues are adequately trained, motivated and developed to realise their full potential
* Plan and implement strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, or other performance metrics
* The ability to influence, network and build relationships is essential to your success within this role

BSS Industrial - we are a leading distributor of heating, pipeline, process and mechanical services equipment to the Building Services and Industrial sectors.
