This is a great opportunity for a qualified solicitor who wants to build real depth in their defendant professional indemnity work, while being part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that genuinely invests in your development.
You’ll be joining a team that acts for insurers and professionals on a really interesting mix of high-quality, often complex claims across multiple sectors.
The role:
This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:
* Defending professional indemnity claims
* Running a diverse caseload of disputes
* Working closely with insurers on coverage issues
* Getting exposure to claims involving financial services professionals
* Assisting on more specialist work involving pensions professionals
Experience required:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Minimum 3 years' PQE
* Experience in professional indemnity (defendant experience ideal, but not essential)
