At Gough & Kelly, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Procurement Apprentice at our Leeds HQ.
The position:
* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* To undertake the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply at The Procurement Academy
Main duties:
As a Procurement Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in supporting our procurement operations. You'll gain real-world experience in:
* Raising and processing purchase orders
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services
* Ensuring timely stock replenishment for our engineers
* Managing and updating procurement data and pricing
* Coordinating deliveries and solving issues with speed and professionalism
* Communicating clearly across teams to keep projects moving smoothly
* Maintaining compliance and supporting our commitment to high security standards
What we're looking for:
* Maths and English GCSEs at grade C/4 or above
* A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
* A clear and effective communicator
* Passionate about delivering excellent service
* Possess strong organisational abilities
