Job Description
3. Manage and process invoices using Xero software.
4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
6. Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
7. Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks efficiently.
8. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
9. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-time Finance Assistant should have:
11. Experience working with Xero accounting software.
