Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Blackburn for a Tool Hire Manager at Travis Perkins Hire. The Tool Hire Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the hire business, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing hire orders, ensuring smooth operations, training team members, optimizing service delivery, maintaining inventory and equipment, and supporting customer projects with expert advice and solutions.

* Operations Management experience to ensure efficient and effective business operations
* Analytical Skills for managing data, evaluating performance, and identifying areas for improvement

* Proactive problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Familiarity with tool hire or construction equipment is a plus
