What You’ll Be Doing:
* Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.
* Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
* Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
* Support the chefs with basic food preparation when needed.
* Manage and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
* Assist with deliveries and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter (preferred but not essential).
* A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good organisation and time management skills.
* A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
