We are seeking a part-time radiographic aide to rotate through Warwick, Stratford, and Leamington Hospital. The role involves weekend and Bank Holiday shifts on a rotational basis.

You will join our friendly Radiology team, assisting Radiology Consultants, Sonographers, and Radiographers in caring for patients undergoing imaging procedures. Radiographic aides are essential for the smooth operation of the radiology department, supporting activities across all modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.

Your responsibilities include assisting patients with preparation and during imaging, helping them change, preparing and cleaning rooms, organizing patient lists, and removing cannulas. You will rotate through all modalities in the department and work closely with Radiologists, radiographers, nurses, and sonographers.

Applicants should be able to work well in a team and under pressure, possess good communication skills for liaising with staff and patients, and have strong telephone skills for accurate message taking. Previous healthcare experience is desirable.

The position starts at Band 2, with progression to Band 3 following training and successful competency assessments.

The role supports the delivery of diagnostic imaging services and involves clinical, clerical, and housekeeping duties across all sites, including evening and weekend shifts.
