The role
Bishopton Primary School is a happy and caring school (NOR 332), with a highly committed and enthusiastic team of teaching and support staff. We are seeking to recruit two Teaching Assistants with previous experience of SEND to support children with specific needs from 1st September 2026. Two job descriptions are attached. Key Requirements: Has experience of working with children with more complex special needs Has experience of working in a Primary School Has a calm, nurturing and consistent approach. Highly observant and responsive to individual needs. Is flexible and able to adapt strategies quickly. Is able to work independently while also contributing to a team. Has a commitment to improving outcomes for pupils.
