Job Description:

We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organizations need to navigate today’s changing world.
We work with Britain’s high-growth, entrepreneurial companies that fuel the economy, advising owners and management teams.
We’ll broaden your horizons
Manage risk for our clients to strengthen their future.
Our Digital & Risk Advisory Services (DRAS) enable organizations to leverage innovative methodologies, technology, and experienced professionals to manage business risks effectively. Working at BDO offers exposure to business strategy, operations, and more.
Our team includes internal auditors, accountants, technology, and business transformation experts across various disciplines.
We focus on client-centric, collaborative, and tailored advisory services, helping clients manage threats like cyber events and building resilient businesses. We prioritize innovation and agility in our work.
This is your chance to join a fast-growing team and shape the future of DRAS at BDO.
We’ll help you succeed
Our advice's quality is trusted by leading organizations, built on understanding their business through close collaboration and long-term relationships.
You’ll work proactively and manage your tasks, communicate regularly with senior managers and partners, and identify opportunities to enhance our services.
Operating from 8 UK locations, we serve major business centers with local expertise. Our team of about 200 people values authenticity and personality.
We seek a high-performing individual eager to advance their career in our dynamic team. Besides core client relationship skills, you should have strong people values and a passion for mentoring and team development.
We are recruiting for our expanding Digital team to grow cyber governance work, focusing on managing and developing teams delivering cyber security controls assessments and advising clients on cyber risk, mainly via internal audits. Our experts stay at the forefront of cyber threats, defense best practices, and regulations.
Technical Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience
We welcome diverse candidates. The cyber security industry evolves rapidly, so a fixed profile does not apply. We aim to build a resilient, adaptable team with diverse skills. An ideal candidate may have:
* Strong knowledge of IT audits or control gap assessments, preferably CISA certified
* Interest, training, or certification in cyber security (e.g., CISSP)
* Technical foundation in controls, IT risk, or regulatory landscape
* Ability to build relationships with team and clients
* Experience managing teams and supporting development
We value authenticity and support agile working, offering flexible work arrangements.
At BDO, we support your personal and professional growth through structured programs and resources.
We’re in it together
Mutual support and respect are core values. We offer mentoring, coaching, and collaborative spaces to foster a strong, people-centered culture.
We encourage networking, sharing skills, and continuous learning through events and resources.
We’re looking forward to the future
BDO helps entrepreneurial businesses succeed, fueling the UK economy. Our success relies on our people, and we invest in your growth. We adapt and evolve to build on our strengths, combining global reach, integrity, and expertise. We aim to empower you to think creatively and improve continuously.
