Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to set menus and dietary requirements
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
* Work effectively under pressure in a variety of kitchen settings
* Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
* Comply with all health and safety regulations
* Adapt to different kitchen environments and requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience as a chef (e.g., Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef)
* A valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
* A valid driving license (to travel to different locations)
* Flexibility to work at different venues
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Strong attention to detail and passion for cooking
